1. Information you provide

The contact form asks for a name, email address, optional company, enquiry category, and message. The application form asks for a name, required phone number, optional professional links, an optional PDF CV, and an introduction.

Submission is not delivered unless a receiving endpoint is configured. If one is configured, submitted fields and an application attachment may be transmitted to that service. The operator must provide the purposes, legal basis, recipients, retention period, and any future-use details before collection.

2. Google authentication

Sign-in is unavailable without a Google client ID and an authentication endpoint. If enabled, Google Identity Services returns a credential to this page, which sends it to the configured authentication service for verification. The backend is responsible for validating the credential and establishing any session.

Google processes information under its own policies. Review Google's Privacy Policy. The operator must document retained profile information and session cookies before enabling authentication.

3. Hosting and external services

Loading this website sends ordinary network information, such as an IP address and browser request headers, to its host. The hosting provider and logging practices depend on the deployment.

Pages request fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser may make requests to Google. Configured authentication and form endpoints can introduce additional recipients. The operator must identify providers, cookies, analytics, logging, and any international transfers before collection.

4. Storage, retention, and security

These pages do not define a backend database or retention schedule. A configured service may retain enquiries, application documents, logs, or session information according to its implementation. The operator must publish retention and deletion details before collection.

No website can promise absolute security; the operator must implement appropriate technical and organisational controls.

5. Your choices and requests

You may browse the public pages without using Google sign-in or completing a form. You can leave optional fields blank. Withdrawing the sign-in acknowledgement before verification prevents a new authentication request; it does not revoke an existing Google account permission or erase data already sent.

Depending on applicable law, rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. The operator must publish the applicable rights and a reliable route for requests.

Service-specific privacy contact details must be supplied before collection. The contact form is not a channel for time-sensitive privacy requests.

6. Notice updates

This notice must reflect the actual service's data practices before collection begins and when those practices change.
